We plan the cleaning in stages with your contractor: a rough clean once trades finish, then a detailed final clean. We only accept projects where the site is safe and trade cleanup and debris removal are done by others.

We walk the site or review photos, agree the stages and a site-readiness checklist with you and your contractor, then schedule each pass. Surface protection and material limits are noted in the scope.

- Paint, adhesive or grout removal that risks surface damage
- Trade cleanup required by the contractor's agreement
