Before you arrive
- Book the pre-arrival clean a few days before you land
- Decide whether beds are made with your linens
- Ask for the fridge to be wiped (and stocked, if offered)
- Confirm access: key, code, alarm, building desk
When you leave
- Book the post-departure clean for after you go
- Kitchen cleared and fridge emptied, or left as you instruct
- Linens stripped and laundered, if scoped
- Trash out and the home secured per your access protocol
Owner tasks, not cleaning
Thermostat and humidity settings, water shut-off, shutters, storm preparation and checking the home between visits belong to you or a home watch service like Uniform Home Watch, not to a cleaning crew.
