- Vendor registration: does the building need the company's name, insurance certificate or a list of workers?
- Service hours: when are vendors allowed?
- Parking: guest spaces, loading zone or garage?
- Elevator: does it need to be booked or padded?
- Unit access: key at the desk, lockbox, code or owner present?
- Lanai or balcony: is cleaning allowed, and is it in your scope?
- Communication: who gets the completion note, and who's the backup contact?
